 SLIDE SHOW

A detached period cottage with many character features tucked away in a little known area off the Dormansland High Street.

Situated in a quiet tucked away position, approached via Kinnburgh Drive, and within a few hundred yards from the village with its general store, inns and primary school. Dormans station with services to London Bridge and Victoria via East Croydon is just over half a mile and Lingfield village just over one mile. East Grinstead town centre is 3 miles and open countryside is close by.

Dating from 1840 this charming detached cottage has been extended over the years – the latest being 6 years ago, and has been sympathetically modernised, totally in keeping with the style and character of the period. Several rooms have high vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and the majority of the floors are of structurally engineered oak, with under floor heating to the first floor.
